Family estate located in southern Ardèche for 7 generations. Winemaker Raphaël Pommier cultivates his grapes in preserved ecosystems. Certified organic since 2007 and HVE3 since 2018. Rebellious winemaker, he has a holistic approach to viticulture. Raphaël is the conductor of the estate's production. Atypical and gourmet, agricultural engineer, he is surrounded by enthusiasts who share with him the love of a job well done and the development of local wines. Musical cuvées, cuvées raised underground, cuvées on "Mars", there are no limits to create wines that tell a story. 12 grape varieties are grown on 3 specific terroirs, with low yields: 15 to 40 hl/ha. Soil work is minimal with natural and controlled grass cover. In the cellar, Raphaël proceeds to gentle and cold vinification. The development of red wines is without sulphites, from fermentation to bottling for the majority.
