Maison Bruyère & David was created by two friends, rising stars of the Northern Rhône. It was in 2018 that Justin and Sylvain began their collaboration for the vinification of their plots. Justin Bruyère and Sylvain David are owners in Côte Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint Joseph and trade harvests in Cornas. The vines in the appellation are located on hillsides on granite soils, sandy for Condrieu and St Joseph. The IGP vines are located 500m as the crow flies from the Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie and St Joseph appellations on flat land. "Bathed in the vine from an early age, my professional future first turned to masonry with the Compagnons du Devoir who gave me the desire to travel and an endless curiosity. In 2014, I decided to return to the sources and to join the family estate made up of 6 hectares. In 2015 I did a two-year training course in Tournon on the management of a vineyard, then I moved in 2018 with my parents." - Justin Bruyère "Holder of a BTS Viticulture & Oenology in Charente in 2009, I left my native country to discover new experiences in the Jura (Caveau des Byards) and the Rhône Valley (Domaine des Terres Dorées and Domaine Gerin). Having discovered the vinification techniques of the Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu and St Joseph appellations, in 2015, I decided to settle permanently in the Rhône Valley." - Sylvain David Certified High Environmental Value in 2019, the estate offers wines focused on freshness.
