Production notes

Accord Tonique is a unique experimental cuvée. For 35 days and nights, the grapes were lulled by the music and notes of Keren Ann & Quatuor Debussy. Vinification with natural yeasts and without preservatives. Bottled without sulfites. The vineyard is on clay-limestone soils with rolled silica pebbles, on terraces overlooking the Rhône. Manual harvest. No added Sulphites. The composition of Raphaël Pommier, winemaker The ACCORD TONIQUE 2021 cuvée is an original oenological and musical creation, signed by Raphaël Pommier, organic winemaker and by Keren Ann & the Debussy Quartet. The winemaker has translated the vibrations of the voice and each instrument of the musicians into grape varieties, thus creating a blend of grapes reflecting the musical harmony of the artists. The album is then played during vinification through speakers located inside the tank. The vibration of the musical notes constantly stimulates the fermentation yeasts, which then produce more aromatic complexity, while developing new synergies between them.

Tasting notes

Red color with violet hues. Very intense nose, aromatic, fruity, elegant and fresh. Notes of blackberries, undergrowth, leather, notes of liquorice, grape marc and garrigue. Soft, dense and fleshy on the palate, with firm to melted tannins. Retro olfaction on ripe fruits. The wine resonates with tasty tonic chords! Musical tasting guaranteed thanks to the QR code placed behind the bottle.
