Production notes
The Parcelle Nord cuvée comes from a terroir with sandy-loamy soils with limestone pebbles, on terraces overlooking the Rhône. The vineyard is in a closed ecosystem without contact with other agricultural productions. The harvest is nocturnal and without sulphites, to best preserve the freshness of the grapes. Settling and cold vinification to keep as many primary aromas as possible. The Cuvées Parcelle Nord reveal the typical flavors of the northern Rhône Valley. They are produced on the first northern plots of the estate, in AOC Côtes du Vivarais, on a poor terroir with young soils and stony silt. 6 grape varieties flourish on 26 plots to produce a colorful mosaic full of flavors each year. Each plot forms a refined ecosystem that allows natural vinification. *lightweight glass bottle
