Production notes
Parcelle Sud comes from a terroir of clay soils (blue-grey, red and white clays) on terraces overlooking the Rhône. The ecosystem is closed and without contact with other agricultural productions. Harvesting and pressing are done at night in order to best preserve the freshness of the grapes. Settling then cold vinification (14-17°) to keep as many primary aromas as possible. The Cuvées Parcelle Sud reveal the typical flavors of the southern Rhône Valley. They are produced on the first plots of AOP Côtes du Rhône méridionales, on the Ardèche side, on a very rich terroir, with ancient soils and deep clays. 11 grape varieties flourish on nearly 44 plots to produce a colorful kaleidoscope full of flavors each year. Each plot forms a living ecosystem that allows natural vinification. *lightweight glass bottle
